TRAIL RUNNING:
Distance: 5km or 10km
Duration: depending on personal pace
Run in the beautiful forest of the Vallalta Valley following single track trails in a fun and fast-paced course! The terrain for this race is not very technical. We mainly got narrow and twisty paths under pine trees and vegetation.
It is pretty easy to walk or run on this path, suitable for all physical levels. If you’re looking for a nice and fun challenge in the woods, this one is perfect for you!
ORIENTEERING:
Distance: Depends on your choice of course
Duration: families and beginners or Orienteering Copa Catalana (6 hours)
Orienteering is a competitive sport that requires navigational skills, using a map and compass to travel quickly from point to point in diverse and usually unfamiliar terrain.
Participants are given a topographical map, typically specific to that race, which they then use to find control points. You can gain points at every station when you check in. The race’s objective is to earn as many points as possible before your time is up.
The disposition of the stations our orienteering allows for participants from all levels, including families with children, to enjoy a fun race.
